Ingredients:-
Chickpeas-2 cups
Red Chillies-3 nos
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Mustard Seeds-1 tsp
Hing-1 tsp
Curry leaves-few
Fresh Coconut grated-4 tsp
Oil-2 tsp
Salt to taste
Onion-1 (cut into chopped)
Lime juice-2 tsp
Chaat Masala-2 tsp
Method:-
Soak the chickpeas overnight in water.
Pressure cook with 1 glass water,the chickpeas for 3 whistles or until its fully cooked and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and cumin seeds,mustard seeds fry for 2 minutes.Then add hing,rd chillis and curry leaves fry for a minutes.
Now add cooked chickpeas and salt allow to cook for 5 minutes in low flame.When water is evaporated add grated coconut mix well.Off the flame.
Finely chopped onions,tomatoes,chaat masala,lime juice before serving.
Enjoy this wonderful snack....
