Mutton Liver Fry

                 I am very happy to announce that i am back to blog.The wedding and functions went well.Now i  am happy to be back in my space after a long time and much exited to see all your sweet comments during my absence,thanks all of you.Missed all your posts,hope i will  to catch them very soon.

Hope you all are having a beautiful time in the summer.....Today i coming with mutton liver curry.Here is this recipes:

Ingredients:-


Mutton Liver-1 lbs
Onion-1 nos (finely chopped)
Tomatoes-1 nos (chopped)
Ginger-Garlic paste-1 tbsp
Red Chilli powder-1 tsp
Green chillies-3 nos
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves-2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil-2 tbsp



Method:-

Cut liver into medium sizes,add 1/4tsp turmeric powder and soak it for couple of minutes,clean and wash well for 2-3 time and drain out.Keep it aside.

Heat a pan with add oil,add finely chopped onions and saute till they are translucent.

Add ginger-garlic paste and fry the raw smell leaves.

Add turmeric powder,chilli powder and salt mix well and  fry for few minutes.

Now add finely chopped tomatoes,green chillies and a pinch salt and let it cook until the tomatoes are soft and full smash.Add coriander leaves fry for a minute.

Now add liver saute well , cover and cook on medium heat for 6-8 minutes or till all the water evaporates.

Occasionally stir-fry .Cook in low flame.Do not overcook ot will become hard.

Finally garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve them with naan,rotis,rice etc.....
