Black Eye Beans Curry (No Onion & No Garlic)

               This is a very easy,simple and  nutritious recipe to make,very delicious and protein rich.

Ingredients:-

Black eye beans -1 cup
Chilli powder-2 tsp
Garam Masala powder-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves-3 tbsp
Capsicum- 1/2 cup (cut into small cubs) (optional)
Salt to taste
Oil-2 tsp
Water-2 cups



Method:-


Wash and soak beans for 3 hours or more.

Heat the oil in pressure cooker on medium heat.

Add black eye beans fry for 2 minutes.Now add the chilli powder,turmeric powder,garam masala powder,salt and coriander leaves mix well.,fry for 4 to 5 minutes.

Now add water close the pressure cooker cook it for 3 whistles.Turn off the heat and wait until its cook down.

Now open the lid press the beans with a spatula so they soften. Cook for few minutes.(Now add the capsicum cook for till its cooked).

Serve with rotis.
