Easy and Simple Potato Sandwich

Ingredients:-

Potato-1 nos
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Garam Masala powder-1/2 tsp(optional)
Black Salt-1/2 tsp
Lime Juices-1/ tsp (optional)
Butter or oil-1 tsp
Salt to taste

Method:-

Pressure cook the potato till fully cooked.Keep aside.

Now peel the skin and mash the cooked potato,add red chilli powder,garam masala powder,black salt,salt  and lime juice mix well with hands.

Spread evenly this potato curry  then place the other bread over the top.Press this together and  heat a frying pan,when it hot add butter or oil.  (toast them in sandwich toaster)

Place the bread slices and add little oil to the sides.Allow it to brown on all sides.flip and toast the other side as well.Make sure it does not brown or black.

Your yummy sandwich are ready to served hot.

  19. Quick and delicious sandwich. I fry the boiled potatoes with onion like we do for poori and then stuff it .U have made it very easier.
