Fish Tikka

Ingredients:-

Fish Fillets-2 nos(cut into pieces)
Egg-1 no
Red chilli powder-2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Corn Flour-2
Ajinomoto-1/2 tsp
 Salt to taste
Food color-1/2 tsp (Optional)
 Oil-for deep frying

 For Grinding:-

Almonds-6 nos
Cashew-6 nos
Poppy Seeds-1 tbsp
 Ginger/Garlic Paste-1 tbsp
Method:-

Wash and cut into finger like shaped pieces.

Grind all the ingredients under " for grinding" in a blender and make a fine paste.

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl (turmeric powder,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt , ajinomoto,  egg and grind-ed paste mix well.Now coat the fish pieces and marinate them over night or 4 to 5 hours.

Heat oil in a kadhai or deep frying pan.


When oil is hot slowly drop the fish pieces into the oil and fry in batches till golden and crisp all over/

Serve the fish tikka hot with onions,lime and any chutney or ketchup.
