Arbi Leaves Idli Roll Bajji

Ingredients:-


Arbi leaves idli rolls-2 nos (cut into pieces)
Besan Flour-2 tbsp
Rice Flour-1 tbsp
Chilli powder-1 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste-1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Water -as required

Method:-


Make arbi leaves idli roll .Cool it and cut into pieces.

Make a thick batter using water,rice flour,besan flour,chilli powder,salt and ginger-garlic paste mix well.(like a bajji batter)




Heat oil in a deep frying pan.

Dip the arbi idli pieces into the batter and drop them gently into the hot oil,few at a time,deep fry on medium heat until golden brown,turning frequently.

Remove them a slotted spoon and drain well on absorbent paper towels.

Serve hot with any type sauce or without any sauce.
