Egg Curry


Ingredients:

Eggs-5 nos
Onions-2 nos
Tamarind pulp-1/4 cup (lemon size )
Chilli powder-2 tsp
Garam masala powder -1 tsp
Turmeric powder-2 tsp
Jaggery-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil-2 tsp


Method:-

Boil the eggs.peel the shell,make cuts in between the eggs with knife.

Soak the tamarind in water for 10 minutes so that we can extract easily.Take thick pulp from the tamarind and keep it aside.

Heat the pan,add the oil,onions fry until changes to light brown.
Now add turmeric powder,chilli powder,garam masala powder fry for 3 to 4 minutes.Now add Tamarind pulp and jaggery,salt , add little water to it mix well.Bring to boil.
 Now add the eggs cook until all the water gets evaporated switch off the flame and transfer to serving bowl.

Serve hot with rice.
