Pasta Biriyani (Tried and Tasted)

 Hi friends,
               I tried this recipe "pasta biryani" from 2 wonderful bloggers Malar Gandhi and Gita.They both have wonderful  blogs.Thank u for the wonderful recipe.Me and my friends are liked it very much.

          We had arranged Sri shirdi sai baba bhajan in my house with near by friends. I tried this recipe on that day and all of them liked it very much specially kids. 







Ingredients:-

Pasta-1 cup
Soya Chunks-1/2 cup
Green chillis-2 nos ( chopped )
Onion-1 small (chopped)
Tomato-1 small (pureed)
Ginger-1" (Grated)
Garlic-1 clove (minced)
Mint Leaves-few
Coriander Leaves-few
Cloves-2 nos
Cinnamon stick-1 no
Bay leaves-3 nos
Garam Masala Powder-1/4 tsp
Cheese-1/4 cup
Oil-3 tbsp



Method:-


Cook pasta as per the directions behind the box,st aside.I add salt and a spoonful oil to it while boiling.
Boil the soya chunks with enough water and salt fr about 7-10 minutes.Once it is done.Squeeze the excess water out,retain the chunks.

In a wide skillet,heat oil.
add the whole spices,add chillies,mint leaves,coriander leaves,onions,ginger/garlic fry  real good ,may be till the raw odor is gone.
Further add the tomato puree and garam masala powder.
Now add pasta and soya chunks to it.Fry over high heat,for 5 minutes and cheese.
Garnish with chopped tomatoes,cilantro laves and cheese.
