Munnakaya (Drumsticks)-10 nos Frozen Packet
Onion-2 nos (Finely chopped)
Tomato -5 nos (finely Chopped)
Green Chillies-3 nos (Cut into two)
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
ginger / Garlic paste-2 tsp
Chilli Powder-2 tsp
Garam Masal Powder-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Heat oil in a pan add green chillis,curry leaves fry till change the color.
Now add onions fry till onions become soft.Now add ginger/garlic past fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve with rice or roti.
Note:-If you want you can cook this curry till all the water evaporates and gravy becomes thick.If you like it with thin gravy thin switch off the flame when drumstick is cooked enough.
