Usirikaya Pachadi / Dry Amla Chuteny


Ingredients:-

Dry Amla Powder- 1/2 cup
Green Chillies-5 to 6 nos
Yogurt or Curd-1 cup
Sesame Seeds -1 cup
Coriander seeds-1/2 tsp
Oil-2 tsp
Salt to taste

Method:-

Soak the amla in water for 1 hour.
 After 1 hour squeeze the amla  add into a blander.
 In a small pan add oil ,when oil is hot add coriander seeds and  green chillies fry till its change the color.
 In a small pan fry the sesame seeds and 1/2 cup of water mix well.

 Heat pan dry roast the sesame seeds until light brown and makes a fine powder.
Now add the green chillies into a blander,curd,sesame seeds powder,salt.Grind to a fine paste.
 Transfer to into serving bowl.(If u want u can put seasoning.)
Serve with hot rice with ghee.
