Chilli Paneer


Ingredients:-

Paneer  pokodas- 1 cup
Onions-1 (sliced thin)
Garilic paste-1 tsp
Green Chillis-3 to 4 (cut into thin and long strips)
Vinegar-1 tsp
Chilly sauce-1 tbsp
Soya Sauce-2 tsp
Ajinomotto -1/2tsp
Tomato Ketchup- 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil-2 tsp

Method:-

Heat oil in a pan and fry green chillis,onions,garlic paste turns soft but not brown.
Now add soya sauce,tomato ketchup,vinegar and freen chilli sauce,ajinomoto and salt to it..Fry for 1 minutes.
Now add the fried paneer pokodas and mix to uniformly coat the sauce.
Finally saute for 2 to 3 minutes, add the coriander leaves and  chopped spring onions and switch off the heat.Mix well.
Serve hot as a starter,snack or even as a side dish.
