Coriander-tomato Chutney

Ingredients:-
Coriander-1 bunch(chopped)
Tomatoes-2 nos(chopped)
Green chillis-5 nos(acc to ur taste)
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Coriander seeds-1 tsp
Tamarind Paste-1tsp(optional)
Salt to taste
Oil-2 tsp



Method:-

First cut the green chillis into two pieces,coriander leaves and tomatoes into chopped.


Heat oil in a pan and when oil is hot add cumin seeds and coriander seeds fry until they spatter.
Add green chillis and fry for a minutes.



Then add coriander leaves, tomatoes and salt to it.Cover and cook until the tomatoes are cooked.





When the water form the mixture is evaporated.Keep it side until it is cooled.


Now grind the cooked mixture in mixi.



Now take the  same pan pour 2 tsp oil  add the grinding paste to into pan.




Saute till you see the oil separating form the chutneys.


For the seasoning-take oil in a pan and fry red chillis,mustard seeds,urad dal and curry leaves.
Add the seasoning to the chutney and mix well.

Serve with rice,dosa and vada.


Note.This chutney can be serve with /without frying.Both versions tastes good.My mom do this way.It will  stay long days.
This chutney without seasoning  can be served.
