Mutton Fry

Ingredients-:

Mutton-1 lb
Onions-1 big (finely chopped)
Tomato-1no (diced)
Ginger garlic paste-2 tbsp
Turmeric powder-1 tbsp
Red chilli powder-1/2 tbsp
Coconut milk-4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil-4 tbsp

For Grind Masala-:
Cinnamon sticks-4 nos
Cloves-3nos
Somph-2 tbsp
Black pepper corns-1 1/2tbsp
Red chillies-3 nos(acc to ur spice)
Garlic-1no
Method-:
First wash mutton and cut into small pieces and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pressure cooker pan.When oil is hot add mutton pieces along with 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, chilli powder,turmeric powder, little salt.Keep frying the mutton slightly browned.Now add the 1/2 cup of water and pressur cook for up to 6 to 7 whistles.





For the masala powder grind all dry masala items like fine powder and keep aside.



Now take the pan and pour oil  when it is heat add fry the  chopped onions until golden brown and add ginger garlic paste fry until the raw smell goes away.

Now add  tomatoes to the onions cook it.Keep frying the tomatoes until they become soft.

Once the steam settles,open the cooker and let it cook in a simmer mode.Now add fried onion masala and grinded masala powder and coconut milk to mutton.




Now mix the curry and let it cook in sim until  the gravy thickens.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with rice or roti.
