Corn Pakoda

Indredients:-

Yellow Corn-2 nos
Capsicum-1/2no(cut into small pieces)
Green chillis-3 nos(chopped)
Ginger/garlic paste-1/2 tbsp
Chilli Powder-1/2tsp
Tomato Sauce-3 tbsp
Baking Soda-2 pinch
Rice Flour-4 tbsp
Besan Flour-3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil-deep frying



Method-

Clean the corn and cut the corns by running the knife.

In a bowl mix together corn,capsicum.green chillis,ginger garlic paste,baking soda,rice flour,besan,tomato sauce,salt.Mix with water.

Heat oil for deep frying in a wide deep bottomed vessel.Low the flame and drop in the corn paste like pakodas slowly into.

Now fry the corn pakodas in small batches in low heat in till they are fully cooked.

Remove from oil and place on papper towels to remove excess oil.

Serve hot.
Yummy corn pakoda is ready!!!!!!!

Wow divya nice recipe.I dont know abt this recipe.But i used to blend all the ingredients and make pakoda.i will try this.
